Contacted seller and was asked to return them for a full refund. Packing was non existent (just a bit of tape wrapped around the loo rolls) package damaged, torn and product damaged. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic but I was waiting for the package for over a week. Impressed with the sender but not the delivery service.
