    On time shipping but packaging was sub par! One of four pottery bowls was broken. Items were as described for high value dollar. Was purchasing to sell as a set to a local collector and now I only have three of the four bowls. Seller quickly reimbursed for the one bowl, but it doesn’t make it sellable for me anymore.

    It's a shame what happened. In my defense, I remind you that you asked me to consolidate two purchases and place the small bowls inside the mixing bowl. I put "Vido" on the packaging. I think we should blame the mail and not throw everything at me. I also gave you discounts on your purchases as you requested and I reimbursed you for shipping. In short, what happened is sad.
