He is a little beat up but exactly like in the photo and for $23 I can’t complain. The markers were secured in appropriate packaging. After doing the math, I paid 219.35 for 129 unique markers ($1.70/marker), and only 17 were in dire need of refill and/or replacement nibs. Adding the cost of new refills for each and nibs, the total would still only be 361.29 (2.80 per marker, just over a quarter of those bought at retail.

The seller did make sure to appropriately describe the item, however, there was an oversight on my part which led to me needing to submit a return request. The seller was accommodating and provided excellent communication throughout both the buying and return process.
