The controller I purchased was listed as broken, so I wasn't expecting the seller to bother packaging it well. However, it was boxed up very neatly with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. As for the item itself, it's exactly as was described. The motherboard matches the revision indicated on the shell, and there's no damage that wasn't shown in the listing. In fact, the internals are in very good shape.
