Sent me a faulty product, dropshipped from AliExpress where it is a tenth of the price. They are rude and lied. They reassured me that as a bedbound customer I could arrange a return at no cost to myself, with them offering a free collection from Royal Mail. This didn't come about and when questioned on it they pretended they'd get back to me in 24hrs, 2 days ago now (see photos).
