On top of that, the chair was in great, practically factory condition and when the headrest arrived with a slight crack, they got back to me quick and said they were sending me a replacement right away. Amazing fast delivery and the box arrived nicely packed. It took me a whopping 7 minutes from unboxing to assembly to adjusting the chair to my ideal setting :) The chair has a lot of adjustments from the height of the backrest to the lumbar support and armrest. I chose the Medium size which would be ideal for users up to 170cm in height.
