    Multiple purchases from this seller , zero problems, I received an incorrect sized strap , no particular fault as they were 2mm in size difference. Emailed the seller who was prompt in sending me another at no extra cost. I returned the package from the UK and the seller offered to refund the postage but it wasn't particularly expensive so I'm happy to just have the right strap for my watch. Great quality item at a price that isn't out of reach . Highly recommend seller

Other 1: I expected a black strap on my watch, however, the brown strap fitted matches the rose gold casing perfectly. Other 2: I already a black dial version of this alarm watch and love it (dial looks like a dial in a steam locomotive to me)
