I contacted the seller and got a response back within a couple of hours. I sent pictures of the damage and we exchanged several messages. The seller filed a claim for the damages immediately. I was very impressed with the timely responses to my messages and how my claim was being processed. This seller is definitely one of a kind when it comes to taking care of the customer!!
