I brought it to his attention and he countered with "You originally said you needed 8 so I thought you’d be okay with the shorter lengths." The $5 refund he offered was equally insulting and while I appreciate the option to return the material, there was no offer to make it right. I sent him 12 pieces and 2 were shorter. He complained that 2 of the 4 pieces he got FOR FREE were shorter than expected. I sent him a 5 dollar refund to cover the extra shipping. Not only did you get 30% off 8 pieces , you got 4 pieces for free, yet you’re still complaining. Lesson learned , never give anyone anything for free.Teak 24 X 1.5 X .75 12 PC (N° 388051876257)
