I'd like to mention that it was packaged REALLY well which is a good thing, as the weekend mailman at my locale is lazy (unlike my weekday mailman who is not). Instead of putting the package on my front porch, she jammed in in my roadside mailbox so tightly, I could barely get it out. Sometimes the US Postal Service sucks - this was one of those times. Based on the description from the seller I was expecting some missing parts; however, after looking over the contents I found that the most important parts are there, so I am very pleased with that. The item was packaged very securely, and in fact it was difficult to open. LOL! That's not a criticism. The seller took great care in making sure the item was secure, and no damage would come to it. The original box was in good shape.

Box car in worse shape then pictured, Refrigerator car in good shape.
