Reached out to the seller as to why they were sending a refund and did not receive a response. If you really want an item, I’d look for another seller first or you may just be wasting your time and missing out on someone who’s actually going to follow through with their listing. My recommendation is if you don’t want to sell an item, don’t list it!

The thick cardboard box and the thick brown packing material that most likely comes on a roll protected my 2 cups beautifully. The seller was very easy to work with and accepted my fair offers for both mugs. Also, they came very quickly. The condition of the cups was perfect and new, as described. I’m very happy. Thank you!😊
