Unfortunately this very fragile item had a crack that was barely visible rendering it unusable. Contacted the seller who got back to us immediately. He offered us a refund just asking up to send him a picture of the defective item. I rate this seller a 5 as it is just as important how a seller handles a situation when an issue arises as they do when all is well. Thank you

Seems to me that this seller has his customer service priorities on point. Hopefully I’ll be buying from this seller again in the future. I ordered another part from a different seller on the same day at the same time, and it won’t be arriving for another 3 days.
