It was wrapped with three levels of protection for each mug and then excellent insulation in the shipping box. The shipment was initiated as advertised and was received in four calendar days. Great service thank you. The mugs are great and like new. The cherry on top or value was the fair price. Everything for this purchase was exactly as described.

However, the seller had posted many clear pictures of the item at various angles. I unboxed the doll, and she and her clothes are new as listed. I like that she has several sets of outfits.
