I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. Will be buying my drives from here forward.

One of the drives had a weird issue with slowing down significantly when writing to some sectors, but the seller responded quickly, provided a return shipping label and even shipped an advanced replacement right away.
