I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. Will be buying my drives from here forward.

FYI, if you use this raid controller outside of an HP machine like I did, there is no way to plug in the BBU, and without it, the card disables the onboard cache.
