The packaging was great, still in the plastic wrapping. But one book had the plastic wrapping taped over pages and the spine is pretty dented. Most likely sent me a damaged book. The fact that the wrapping was taped over the pages shouldn’t have happened, and I sincerely apologize for that. As for the dented spine, it’s possible it was damaged during transit, but I understand how frustrating it must be to receive something in less than the expected condition. I completely understand your disappointment, and I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I buy a lot of books and they usually arrive with minimal protections. BUT the box i recieved today had a good layer of tape in the exterior, then the cardoard, bubble paper wrap sheet and to finish the books were tightly warped by group of 5-6 in a plastic bag. I don't think any liquid, fall or bad handeling could damage the books. And to unbox it all, it wasn't difficult!
