I let the seller know several times but the seller did NOT HELP NOR REFUND and ignored the UPS notice of their error and just kept sending me the tracking # over and over and disputed the claim. It took 18 days of stressful appeals and I had to call Ebay for help to get a refund from Ebay not the seller. BAD SELLER CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAUTION!

A bot responded without giving a shipping date & then the seller sent the item to the wrong address wasting a week & defeating the purpose of communicating that I need the product quickly. I ordered from another seller & received the item in 3 days. Don't waste your time with this seller when there are others who provide fast & accurate service.
