    This item arrived quickly and well-packaged. Unfortunately, the item inside was completely destroyed—Not slightly damaged, but shattered into a pile of pieces with two arms, two feet, and a bit rubber head. Clearly, this was not the seller’s fault. The item looked as if something heavy was dropped on it en route. I sent the seller a picture and they immediately issued a refund without hesitation. VERY positive experience. I would definitely buy from this person again.
