( it still says it hasn't ) But I think there was no tariffs added, actually. I wish the seller responded to my concerns, but no harm done i guess. Quality wise, the shoes are good for the price. There is some pretty visible gluing near the bottom, though. But I like it still, they're cute.

I will need to return the item to CHINA and pay for postage. Ebay is supposed to provide a return label when the seller will not, but Ebay is not assisting. I was first told not to deal with the seller directly, now Ebay leaves me no choice if I want a refund from the seller. I do not recommend this seller!
