My refund was prompt and seller communicated immediately to solve the issue. My item arrived broken through no fault of seller....the package looked like postal service did NOT handle with care even though the items were wrapped and box was marked fragile. I am proud of my work here on Ebay and strive to do an amazing job with each purchase.
