I purchased a DVD set of The Beatles "Get Back" documentary but I received a Blu-Ray version by mistake. I sent an email requesting a refund and had a reply back in less than an hour. He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers. Thank you PackagePro!!

First purchase here with a DVD box set that is in mint condition, good value, discs are of new condition and quality. Thrilled to have found this series to watch over again. The appearance of the box and inside sleeves that hold discs is faslawless. Item exactly as described. Shipping fast and a couple days early. Would buy again. Thank You for simply good business, and being a day maker.

But I never saw a postal carrier. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I requested a refund, seller was unmoved .
