He wrote false information to sell this item: " A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item". This seller is totally dishonest and misrepresents his information. Please stay away from him! He gave me a hard time to refund my money. The buyer also used aggressive and disrespectful language in messages. I feel this was an abuse of the return process and a manipulation of the system.
