The listing claimed it was in excellent condition and refurbished, but the item I received was far from that. It’s clearly a used controller with no signs of refurbishment. One of the triggers did not function properly, failing to press fully. Additionally, the grips were dirty and damaged, and the extra analogs were in similarly poor condition, covered in grime. I attached a photo of what they sent me as proof as well as their response after offering a replacement and me accepting it!!!! Avoid scammer!!!!!

They rated the iPad to be in excellent condition, but it appears brand new, without a scratch or mark anywhere. It is in PERFECT condition. The price was more than fair, the communication excellent, the packaging left nothing to be desired, and shipping was FAST. This is the kind of vendor we hope to be dealing with, but hardly ever see. He/they have my STRONGEST RECOMMENDATION. A sincere Thank You!

It is well kept and good as new. I can’t say the same for the box though nothing a little scotch transparency tape cant’t fix. It was shipped early and was delivered in just four days after it was bought. It was also packaged with care and courtesy and I am very pleased. Thank you seller very much.
