Packaging wasn't bad but some of the items must have bounced around in transit resulting in the end of Indy's whip to break off, but part of that was a FedEx problem, not a seller problem. Lol. I highly recommend this seller now as far as the movie it was kind of stupid but the seller has nothing to do with a buyer buying a bad movie when it looks and sounds like a great movie and turns out to be a major disappointment. Once again not the seller's problem or fault. I highly recommend this seller based on the service and condition of the DVD
