I stated the product is exactly what I needed and the tone switched from helpful to demanding as I was asked to increase the cost of my payment to cover changes in customs / shipping / tarriffs. I paid for the product, they refused to ship it and did not make any further efforts until I had to request a refund / open a case with Ebay. Oh well
