She turned what could have been the disaster of a late shipment (which was not her fault) into a win! My order was scheduled to arrive late, but she prevented this by shipping the item again expedited so I didn't disappoint my daughter on her long-awaited graduation. What a generous and kind gesture! Outstanding communication, follow through and service.
