The seller has the item listed as new condition, but I received a used one. Didn t come in original packaging, and showed signs of use. Contacted the seller, claimed that an agent used the wrong ad to list the hard drive. Seller refunded half my money and let me keep the hard drive, which was appreciated. Hopefully they update the ad to USED for future purchasers.
