The item was described as "new", but it was clearly used and had some damage. I reached out to the seller, provided photo documentation of the damage, and asked them multiple times to either adjust the price or undo the transaction. The seller communicated, but did not choose a path forward. I asked Ebay to intervene. At that point, the seller agreed to the requested price adjustment. The item was packaged well and shipped quickly.
