The item was missing the plastic packaging and desiccant as shipped from the manufacturer. When I contacted the seller they said. " I bought it as is and I never opened it." Then said "I opened it to make certain that is what I purchased and put it back in the box. All items on eBay are preowned as far as I know. I have reported this buyer to eBay. He uses extortion to try to get a lower price. The buyer made an offer below the advertised price and I accepted. He admits that the knife is new but wanted me to take an additional $30 off the price because the exterior box was not in pristine condition. I politely explained why I was unwilling but would accept a return and full refund. He then became hostile and is attacking me publicly in this review, which is unjustified.
