It matched the description and its swift arrival shows that it was despatched almost as soon as it was ordered. The packing was efficient, firm and unbending, nothing could have happened to it. What more could you want. We do try to dispatch all items as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours but no longer than 24 hours, though our efforts our often thwarted by the couriers not showing up...fortunately, after spending a long time developing courier-proof packaging, we seem to have them beat on that front, at least!
