When it came it obviously was second hand and not new . The laminate cover is coming away and they even left a £1 sticker on the front after charging me £9.01 for a second hand book described as "Good" i would describe it as "Fair" at best. I found a brand new copy for £9.15. So if using this company make sure you have shopped around first. Picture of NEW BOOK for comparison.

There could have been a little bit more packaging on the book corners as it looks like it had been dropped on one corner during transit. Other than that the quality is as expected.
