Whoever is responsible for this should be terminated. Not sure if there is any ill intent or just the garden variety incompetence that seems to be so rampant. Either way it feels criminal to me/the victim.

I bought a pair of black books and received a pair of brown boots with not even the shoe laces that come actually come with the timberland boots and they’re a little defective but I’m more upset that I received the wrong item and the seller isn’t responding to me to even get the right item… I’ll keep these brown boots too because there nice but I still really want the black boots and they’re price’s rose
