I assumed the item would be placed inside my postbox, however Royal Mail delivered it to a safe space concealed next to the post boxes which I didn't check. I emailed the seller who was patient, professional and was willing to go the extra mile in dealing with the issue I created. I took responsibility for my error and apologised.
