No refunds given.I purchased with the understanding that refunds would be allowed. When I recevied the shoes-the tread was very worn from the bottom and the picture did not reveal how worn. I contacted the seller about a refund and was immediately refused, The seller did ask me to take photo and send to see if the shoes were the same as the picture on the listing.
