However that's where the positives end, I tired to reach out to the seller before purchasing and the entire time from purchase to delivery not once did the seller answer my question, that being " does this have English subtitles?" If backside pictures would have been taken to help confirm what the listing stated then I would've had no issue. Also, the item was brand new yet still cheaper than if I bought it through a store. The packaging was top quality; highly unlikely the item would get damaged (it wasn't) when it's shipped inside a bag, that's inside a box, that's inside another bag!
