I ordered from Chewy for my dog and he was killed by vehicle the same day my order was to come from Chewy, I was so upset and had the ordered returned. When FeeX came with the chewy order, I realized I had sent the wrong package back. This person Fl Thrifty was so nice he subtracted it from my account and I ordered again. I how have it and it is wonderful. That you so much for helping me with my order. Please order from this person. You will not be sorry.

The box had a few small dents when it arrived, but it was very clear it was a shipping issue, not a seller issue. This seller even packed extra foam blocks and bubble wrap to try to accommodate for the odd shape of the package and to avoid damage. I feel like I don't always see that much care in packaging on here. It arrived very fast and well in time for my nephew's 4th birthday and he loved it.
