    Very bad customer service. item is different from the picture. So I canceled the order before being dispatched. But they still dispatched anyway and asked me return it Indian. The deliver fee is more than the item almost!!! I asked an address in uk but they stopped replying anything. I’m so shock and displeased

    Item received had corroded and defective hardware. Seller offered partial refund but I needed a replacement strap. Seller required me to purchase another item in order to receive a new strap, which still did not have the same quality hardware that was shown in the photos. Seller also promised to include some "goodies" as a way to make me feel better about the transaction, but nothing extra was included. Not impressed with the quality of either the products or the customer service provided.
