Packaging was poor as there was no bubble wrap to protect product during shipping and bottles just placed inside the box. There was lube all over the inside of the box when I opened it. Luckily, I can use an old bottle to replace the broken one received, however better packaging would have avoided the issue. Product was shipped and received quickly and fairly priced, otherwise I would have given negative feedback.
