I received the picture and what a disappointment.The framing is very cheap and the picture is covered with a light weight plexi glass instead of glass . It certainly is not worth $300. You can see from our reviews on all platforms that our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied with the products they received. Nonetheless, we recognized this incident as an example of buyer's regret and despite it not being our policy we have refunded the buyer.
