A shipping label was created on 6/11 but the item did not leave the shipping facility until 6/17 and arrived at my house on 6/20, which was, unfortunately, 2 days after I left for a trip on which I was hoping to have the shoes. Up front communication about the delay would have been helpful. I had to message several times.
