The item was exactly as described, well wrapped up and sent quickly. Where the seller really earned my respect was the professional way they dealt with an issue we had with the EVRI courier (despite the fact that the parcel was correctly labelled). They kept me informed while the package eventually went back to where it was sent from and then made sure I had new tracking information when Royal Mail was used instead. Not the first time that’s happened to me. I’m still giving a positive review. Parcel posted promptly and tracking was provided and when a problem occurred the seller did their best to find out what happened. And swiftly refunded me when we discovered what had transpired with Evri. A respectable and honest seller.
