Everything was explained in terms that I could understand, which means a lot. Once I placed my order, they shipped it right on to me. I received it quickly. It was packaged very well, and was exactly what I needed. They even messaged me later to make sure! This company knows how to treat their customers right, and I definitely recommend them.
