    Something went wrong with the shipping and the seller responded quickly. Fixed the problem without any further notice from me (I noticed that the product never really got shipped and never arrived within the shipping window and contacted them originally). I appreciate that I did not have to do any more follow up past that. Product was as described and packaged well.
