While there were vague pictures showing the cosmetics of the item, the description was not very explicit in what was damaged/missing. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

He was as described I do however wish the seller told me that the plush was stained. Overall he looks to be of great value (if we ignore the stain.)

Shipping was as advertised and it was just a blanket so the packaging was as expected. It reached me by my grandson's birthday so I am extremely happy with my purchase.
