  I was disappointed with the item when it arrived, it didn’t look at all like the image. Two had very few beads compared to the image and one was hard making it almost impossible to pick the beads out. However, when I contacted the seller the communication was excellent. They were apologetic, replied to messages promptly and a resolution was reached quickly. Really pleased with the outcome.

  Description of listing clearly states 240 treats but only received 120 (not for the first time) requested the missing 120 be sent but seller agreed to give a 50% refund however only refunded £6 not £6.67 sighting taxes he had to pay I do not see why I am out of pocket (small amount I know) when the seller listed 240 but only supplied 120 treats I fell that the seller was hoping that I and others would not notice and get paid for this quality not what was provided Very disappointed
