The item was exactly as pictured and in very good condition. It took a little longer to arrive, but I am spoiled by Amazon shipping times so no big deal. The outer package was slightly damaged, but thankfully the item was inside another plastic bag. Overall, a very positive experience and, the best part, it fits me perfectly! Thank you!
