Took several days for item to get shipped out when I asked for tracking information was told I would receive it. Didn’t get it for another two days and then it’s the wrong tracking number probably for somebody else’s order going to another state than mine. Item did show up and is in working order. It is not as pictured, though it had a few flaws, but it is a working part, which is much better than what we had.

The wrong colored mirror was originally sent and after I informed you, the response was immediate! Couldn't have asked for more. The mirror was in great condition looks great on the car. Same quality as the original. The communication was above and beyond and the length you went to to make things right speaks to your honesty and integrity. Thanks again for an excellent experience!
