I do have to note, I saw the photo of the blue denim flats and did not READ the shoes were black. Contacted the seller, who was immediately hostile and unprofessional and told me they wouldn’t provide a discount or accept a return, even with photo evidence that the residue was present in the photos in the listing. Decided to cut my losses and keep the shoes as is, but would never purchase from this seller again.
