Unfortunately, it arrived with an Azerty Keyboard, not mentioned in the listing. After some use, I was unable to get used to it. I was able to replace it with a Qwerty keyboard purchased from this seller. The item arrived new as advertised, adequately packed, of great quality and on time. This seller was kind enough to include the tools to make the keyboard swap easier. Now I am enjoying this laptop.

I requested a refund from the seller and they promptly accepted my request and provided a refund. Excellent communication, prompt responses and easy to deal with. I recommend the seller.
