It was well packaged, arrived safely and was delivered on time to my home in Ontario, Canada. The synthesizer is exactly what I hoped for, works perfectly and is in great condition. It was fairly priced and good value. All of my questions were answered before I made the purchase and communication was excellent. The pictures showed it without strings or a bag, but it came with new strings and in a gig bag. The guitar works well. It was better than described and at a great price.
